HB 1761 - Authorizes the Department of Human Resource Management to offer coverage under the state’s cafeteria health plan to military retirees and their dependents that are eligible for benefits under the TRICARE Military Health System supplemental health plan.

Budget Item 413 #1c - Provides funding for four veterans claims officers and three support staff positions, as well as related office expenses for those positions.
